Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner has the energy that teenagers have and the knowledge to be an intelligent woman. She is the perfect woman today to are able to do all. She is an actress author health guru talk show host producer entrepreneur director, dancer, comedian model and, most importantly, mother and wife! So it's not surprising that she has earned her the title Perpetual Motion. Marilu has lived proof of the impact her holistic lifestyle has had on her life. She is a firm believer that health and fitness will allow people to accomplish anything. However, it wasn't always that way. In her teens, she was a yo-yo dieter seeing her weight rise higher. The emotional weight gain made her be sick and unwell most of the time. Her mother knew when their parents passed away in their 50s and her mother suffered from ailments caused by arthritis and her father from cardiac arrest, that she should be proactive about her well-being. It wasn't about diets however, the goal was to improve the health of our bodies and develop a lifestyle that would maximize the capacity of our bodies to function.
